Neosafe

neosafe is intended for the collection of small volumes of blood (less than 2ml) for neonatology via the venous circulatory system. The collected blood is then used for analysis.
In practice, blood collection in neonatology can be performed on the veins of the back of the hand or the veins of the foot or scalp.

neosafe includes:

• A stainless steel needle, siliconised to facilitate insertion into the vein.
• A coloured wing that ensures the device remains securely in place during venipuncture and indicates the orientation of the needle bevel. The colour provides information about the size of the needle.
• A needle protector to protect the needle in its packaging during transport/storage and protect users from injury.

Available in 3 sizes: 21, 22 and 23G.
