Key Details and Usage:
Applications: Ideal for cleaning surgical instruments, dental instruments, and in laboratories.Dosage: 10 – 100 ml/l in immersion baths; 10 – 30 ml/l for instruments with carbide inserts.
Temperature: Effective up to a maximum of 50 °C.
Compatibility: Suitable only for acid-resistant materials (hardened chrome steel/chrome-nickel steel). It is not suitable for unhardened steel, light metals, or nickel/chrome-plated instruments.
Composition: Contains > 30% phosphates and < 5% non-ionic surfactants.
Action: Removes stubborn, inorganic contamination and rust film.
It is recommended to neutralize the working solution with an alkaline detergent before disposal, and the product is frost-sensitive.
